2. Notice of Infringement
To be effective, the notification must be a written communication that includes the following:

- Identification of Material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) on tekkifly.com where the material is located so that we can find it.
- Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a “good faith belief” that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
3. Takedown Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid and complete notice, TekkiFly Gaming will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We will make a good-faith attempt to contact the user who uploaded the content so that they may make a counter-notification if they believe the removal was a mistake.
4. Counter-Notification
If content you posted was removed and you believe it is not infringing, you may send a counter-notice to our agent. This must include your signature, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
5. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, TekkiFly Gaming has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
