DMCA Compliance Statement

A clear description of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to be infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notice, provide a representative list.

Infringing Material Location

Include specific URLs of the allegedly infringing material to help us locate the content quickly.

Contact Information

Provide your name, address, telephone number, and email address so we can contact you if necessary.

Good Faith Statement

A statement confirming that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in question is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Accuracy and Authorization Statement

A statement confirming that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Note: Misrepresentation of material or activity as infringing can result in liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
